Who We Are.
Elevation Staffing Services is a healthcare staffing company built by clinicians, not recruiters.
We are part of The Elevation Group, a multi-entity healthcare enterprise founded and led by a team of experienced medical professionals — board-certified nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and healthcare administrators with decades of combined clinical and operational experience. Across our companies, we deliver infusion services, home care, revenue cycle management, and outpatient clinical care. That means when we staff your unit, your agency, or your practice, we are staffing an environment we have actually worked in.

We provide per diem, contract, travel, and direct-hire placement across the care continuum:
Registered Nurses (RN) - acute care, sub-acute, long-term care, home health, and infusion
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN)
Nurse Practitioners (NP) - primary care, family health, geriatrics, and specialty practice
Infusion Nurses - home and specialty infusion, ambulatory infusion suites, and on-site facility programs.
Allied Health Professionals - medical assistants, phlebotomists, and clinical support staff
Home Care Personnel - home health aides and personal care aides
Administrative & Revenue Cycle Support - intake, scheduling, credentialing, and billing staff
